Seven Mt. Airy Cadets attend Tri-Wing Encampment

6/22/2008 – Reisterstown, MD – Tri-Wing Encampment is under way, and on Sunday evening, June 22, seven of Mt. Airy’s cadets checked in at Camp Fretterd for a week of basic training in an atmosphere which emulates a military boot camp.  Attending an encampment is required for cadets who wish to attend CAP National Cadet Special Activities and is also a component of the Mitchell Award, (promotion to Cadet 2nd Lieutenant).

Cadets at Tri-Wing are:  C/Sean Barker, C/Joshua Bowen, C/Christopher Cook, C/Shiloh Lockard, C/Kevin Lohoefer, C/Prithvi Mandayam, and C/Nick Peterson.
